Permitted use
You may play the games, connect a Twitch channel you are authorized to control, create rooms for your stream, share audience links, and use the supplied browser-source overlay in your own broadcasts. The service is provided for entertainment and community interaction.
Prohibited conduct
- Do not access another streamer’s private controls or misrepresent ownership of a Twitch channel.
- Do not automate requests, votes, scores, or chat commands in a way that disrupts service or creates an unfair result.
- Do not probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security and rate limits.
- Do not use rooms or commands to harass others or violate Twitch’s rules.
- Do not copy or redistribute GameWithChat games, branding, or site code without permission.
Third-party services
Twitch, Google, Cloudflare, and other linked services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. GameWithChat is independent and is not sponsored by or affiliated with Twitch. Continued availability of a particular integration may depend on the third party’s APIs and policies.
Availability and beta software
Games and integrations may change, contain defects, or be temporarily unavailable. Beta titles are works in progress. GameWithChat may remove abusive rooms, invalid scores, or access that threatens the service. The service is provided as available without a promise that every feature will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Scores and attribution
Public scoreboards may show a Twitch display name and score. Scores produced through abuse, automation, exploits, or technical errors may be corrected or removed.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the arcade develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
